Poggio di Zora is not only a holiday destination but also a place of work. There are always two to three horses in the pasture, which must be looked after. In addition, olive trees need to be trimmed, and the forest needs care. In autumn, grapes and olives need harvesting. Cork oaks have to be peeled and there are many tasks throughout the year that need to be completed.
