To make this jewel even more radiant, we will extensively renovate it in 2023. Therefore, unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings for this year. But rest assured, the reopening in 2024 promises an even more impressive experience amidst the Tuscan countryside.

Renting
The villa is available all year round. We rent the villa as a whole, always for a full week from Saturday to Saturday. The rent covers the house, including the pool in the lower part of the garden. The pool is available to your sole use. Only the non-resident owners’ family use the pool every now and then in consultation with the tenants.
The minimum occupancy is six adults in the high season and four adults in the low season. Of course, you can use the villa with fewer people. However, we will have to invoice you for the minimum amount. The maximum capacity of the villa is 11 people
