Olive Oil

Poggio di Zora is an olive farm, which produces excellent oil. Fruit processed fresh from the tree is the secret to the best quality in addition to a good location with plenty of sunshine, calcareous soils and balanced climate. Here, olives are picked carefully by hand so as not to damage the fruit. Every day, the fresh crop comes into the mill (Frantoio) where it is immediately processed.
For its achievements in care and cultivation, Poggio di Zora has received several awards, i.e. the Slow Food award. Try our cold-pressed olive oil and buy it locally at preferential rates.
